    Oh my word this is seriously funny s*** people. If you’re reading the reviews make sure that you look at the dates too so not only were they kind of rude about answering the question even though the customer was rude with his shipping sucks but like it’s $3.99 for shipping the six day thing was free Straight refund the shipping right like that’s what everybody wants to just be known that they’re like valued and apologized to for you know those extra days that you had to wait that sucks. The dates are the best though it was almost a full year later that this company replied. at that point why not just not reply. especially if your reply is going to be weak like that. Thank you for the good laugh though it was a hard Monday. I was looking for a mouthguard for my son as he is in jiu jitsu and now I know I will not be purchasing from this company lol. If they can’t figure out customers service then I’d be remiss to think they could figure out how to manufacture something that’s going to keep my child’s mouth safe while also saving me from having to pay for massive amounts of dental work LOL I’ll go somewhere else thank you.🤣😂

    You poabaly ordered on a late Friday, as DC Mouthguards is closed on the weekend. Hence the five day shipment time. We ship the all our products no later than a day from when it was ordered.

    Very shit delivery time i have been waiting 5 days for my mouth guard.I paid the 3 day for 5.99.Buy from Eastbay where it’s free shipping in a 6 day wait time.
