When you order a custom fit mouthguard from us we will send you a Self- Impression Kit in the mail the day that we receive your order.
It is important that you follow the instructions carefully when you receive your Kit in the mail, for a bad impression may delay the process. Your custom mouthguard will be ready and shipped to you 3-5 days after receiving your impression back from you.
If you order from our DC Logo design lines, we will send you three artwork options via email to choose from.

Each sport has differing degrees of impact and a custom fitted mouthguard is essential for proper protection. The greater the impact the thicker the mouthguard needs to be for ultimate protection. We here at Damage Control measure our mouthguards' thickness in layers with 3 being the thickest. We recommend the following thicknesses of mouthguards for your sport. To find the recommended thickness of your mouthguard, page through the layers until you find your sport.
